Masserano Real Estate and Consulting, LLC is a FULL SERVICE commercial real estate brokerage agency with licensees in New York and New Jersey. Additionally, we have licensed broker teams in place in Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Maryland and several other states across the country.

Our brokerage services are limited to representing private practitioners, and we are not representing office and retail centers for investors. Many of our clients are acting as renters and buyers, and we focus on finding them locations and guiding them through all aspects of securing their real estate. In other cases, our clients are selling their dental or medical real estate in conjunction with their retirements, transitions or expansions.

Because of our niche, we are far more hands on and comprehensive than typical real estate agents. Beginning with financial feasibility and planning, we get the process started on solid footing. This enables our clients to successfully and very quickly negotiate the best possible terms at the best possible locations. Also we have invested heavily into technology with commercial real estate databases such as Costar and with market research information and demographic data mapping systems such as ESRI. We have design and construction resources that can aid in site evaluations, and the advantages we offer enable clients to reach their goals expeditiously.
