Overview

Masserano REC assisted Dr. Jeffrey Fong with his start-up pediatric dental practice under Masserano’s “Essential Services” offering. This involves providing a limited scope of work for clients who either already have a project under way or that have the time or a spouse who will be assisting them to get their offices off the ground. This offering is also suitable for clients that are not within driving distance of the Greater NYC area.

On this project, Masserano assisted with the project financing, management of the budget and timelines, review of architectural/design services, management of the construction bidding process, review of orders for cabinets and equipment and assistance with determining other resources for the project. Dr. Fong utilized his dental equipment provider for plans, and his spouse was able to help with the project management with guidance from Masserano.
