Joe is a medical and dental office development consultant and specializes in creating added value to practices though real estate strategy and operation. He combines deep market knowledge and vast transactional experience to provide his clients with insightful and value-driven real estate services. His expertise enables his clients to accomplish the unique objectives they have for their real estate positions while also creating flexibility and leverage on their behalf.

Since graduating from New York University in 2005 with a BS in Real Estate, Joe has covered a lot of ground in the industry and has seen the business from many angles. Starting in finance as a CMBS analyst, Joe went on to become a commercial property acquisition specialist and managed a 1.2 million square foot retail, shopping center, medical office and commercial land portfolio for a prominent New Jersey developer. Thereafter, Joe was the sole leasing representative for a national medical office building owner. Having been responsible for lease procurement and management of a 1.6 million square foot multi-state portfolio, he was thoroughly engaged in the real estate strategies and operations of many different healthcare providers throughout the country. Most recently, Joe was the founder of Metropolitan Healthcare Properties, a full service real estate company specializing in the sale, leasing, investment and management of medical facilities in the New York City metropolitan area.

Joe is a licensed real estate broker in New Jersey and salesperson in New York. He has earned a Certified Leasing Specialist (CLS) designation from the International Council of Shopping Centers and has served and advised on municipal planning boards. He is currently pursuing a Master of Healthcare Administration (MHA) degree from Seton Hall University.
